Meet local people interested in the Semantic Web, an initiative by the W3C to make the web "one giant database": The Data Web. We address topics such as RDF, RDFS, OWL and applications that help to develop or already use ontologies, controlled vocabularies and rule systems in the enterprise and/or on the open World Wide Web. Furthermore we have a keen interest in business models for Semantic Web start-ups. The meetup format is very much inspired by my experience with foafcamp and unconference style community events.
